Norman Barnum
Chief Financial Officer
Norman E. Barnum, IV, MBA, currently employed as Chief Financial Officer of the Ogontz Avenue Revitalization Corporation, a 1984 graduate of Xavier University with an exemplary 20 year career in both the public sector and non-profit environments. Along the list of his many accomplishments, Norman has been recently featured in the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the finalists in the CFO of the Year Award for 2009. As a New Orleans native, he began his career as a revenue auditor with the IRS. From there Norman moved to the Delaware Valley where he was a Senior Accountant for 10 years with the Delaware River Port Authority. Norman became Chief financial Officer/Director of Finance at WYBE in 2000. He later went on to act as interim CFO for Public/Private Ventures, a $20 Million social research and policy non-profit organization.
